During March Sarah worked on three projects.
Two of these were student shorts for I.T.T students. The first project was "Crop Circuits", in which Sarah played a young, upcoming scientist (Dr. Gray). The second was "Flipside", a short in which Sarah played the wife of the main character.
The third project was a 1min advert for a Drink Aware Champaign Competition. Sarah was the main character, "Catherine", in this short which showed the death of a young girl taking alcohol too far. The advert was short listed as one of the final ten for a public screening and judging.
Throughout April Sarah was involved in a wide range of projects including:
An ambitious short called “Calibre”, directed by Robert Kelly (The Four Horsemen). Sarah shot a speed dating scene with one of the lead characters, which will be edited to feature throughout the short including Sarahs delivery of the final line in the movie.
A reconstruction for an episode of Primetime for RTE, which will air in May.
A television and radio advert for Right Price Tiles. Sarah featured as a Garda Superintendent for both adverts.
Later in the month Sarah was involved with an innovative student project. The project is a Moving Graphic Novel. It will be displayed on a touch screen and will run as an interactive comic book, in which some cells will be still shots and others will be film. Sarah played the lead female role of "Vicky Daylight", the quintessential comic book vixen.
Finally Sarah took on another two projects which were both for students in Dundalk I.T. The first was titled “Amanda” and Sarah played the lead role of Amanda, a student plagued by the death of her father. Secondly Sarah played a supporting role in “The Encounter”.
